If they do exist, they would have been born in the early/mid-90's, growing up when the football team was going to bowls, culminating with the Fiesta Bowl in 2011. What was UConn's basketball record then? Two National Championships, three Final Fours, and soon to be one more of each. Yup, I could see how a "football-only" fan would dislike a basketball program like that. The only way that happens is if someone hates the sport of basketball. What fan of UConn hates basketball?
