I would think it might be hard for some players (not all) to play on a team whose talent outshines their own and perhaps feel some level of inadequacy and the constant pressure and demands of playing at UConn (coaching pressures, media pressures etc). A change of scenery and pace can often be what the doctor ordered and I am very happy she found the best environment for her situation.
