Well, glad it's not going to be in a press conference.

Still scared though. Hope he comes back.

Another writer pointed out that neither Lamb nor Drummond had a presser last year, but Lamb never seemed like the type of kid who enjoyed pressers and Drummond, well what was the point, he was obviously gone.

No press conference is a good sign I guess..

But I never really understood athletes that had a presser to announce they were coming back (i.e. Michigan) or those of whom that felt a need to announce they were coming back.. If you're coming back, just go about life as a student athlete and get ready for the upcoming season.. I just don't see the need for decision dates but that's if you're coming back.

Does anyone remember the Caron Butler press conference? I would say that Bazz cares more than Caron, so not having a press conference would indicate that he's back.

It was such a disappointing season both individually and as a team that a press conference would have felt very awkward.

It's hard to say anyone cares more than Caron. He was a no doubt lottery pick, and he still didn't want to leave. Remember that presser? He was sobbing the whole time.

I know this is not a popular opinion and I really hope I am wrong, but I think he is gone presser or not. I don't think he wants to go through what Caron went through but feels its time to go. Also, after the season we just went through and his knowing he is not a lottery pick and probably not even a first rounder, it's not like he is leaving on top and with full support of the people that would be at a presser. It's just too tough, so he'll quietly announce tomorrow that he is leaving. And again, I hope with everything i have that i am dead wrong, but i am not as confident as everyone else. I hope you all get the chance to come in tomorrow and mock this post.

You are dead wrong.

Libra is a good sign. Announcing he won't have a press conference, isn't. I see it as little more than he's decided to go, and doesn't want to answer any questions. Or he's decided to stay, and doesn't think it's worth having a press conference.

Bottom line - I know Libra is a good sign. That's about it. I also know nothing will be shared in this thread that is nearly as profound.

With him still recovering from his foot injury he can't even perform at 100% for the NBA scouts if he declares. I dont think he would even be drafted.

@BenlBrooks // fwiw, not 1 person I've talked to thinks he is leaving. So if he does it would surprise many around #uconnmen

I've thoroughly enjoyed watching bazz developed as a player... do I think he should declare, no, but my view is opinionated.. but take this FWIW (not too sound too repetitive)
