Never had jambalaya until I was stationed at Fort Polk, LA. There were so many places that served great food in the area. Now here in Vegas there are a few places. Believe it or not Omaha steaks has some of the best jambalaya compared to what is served here in Vegas. I just made a batch in my slow cooker on Saturday.
