Saw this on Jim Fuller's blog. The voting is open to fans from March 23 - April 4. Apparently fan votes amount for 25% of the vote. Make sure to click on the women's tab.

I just voted, but there is a little wrinkle. To vote you must log in to facebook, twitter or google. After creating a google account, I was able to vote.

I think one vote, period, not one per day. I voted yesterday morning and, so far at least, the site won't let me vote again. I'll try tomorrow and see what happens.

I think that rbny1 is correct. It seems that the policy is one (vote, total) and done. However, I was able to vote twice more on different browsers.

I just tried it again too, and it worked. Google Chrome. I had tried it the next day after the first time, and it didn't work then. VOTE AGAIN!!
