N.H. Register preseason Top 10...

Now here's the rub. "dropped out: St. Joseph, West Haven, Glastonbury" How does a team drop out of a preseason poll? Is it that they were in the top 10 rankings after last season? Mystifying as previous seasons shouldn't carry over.

Some of the preseason rankings are influenced by last year's rankings so I guess I get what they are saying. Preseason rankings don't matter much anyway. It's not like there is any sort of BCS system to impress.
