When do the NCAA Gezpatcho get to RB case??? I just find it hard to believe there has been no communication between the University and the NCAA. Man, talk about Star chamber justice!!

i dont understand why it is taking so long for boatright, if they have beef with uconn its not right to penalize boatright

They have a back log of cases. Most likely they investigate according to when the case is presented. So RB decision depends on when the NCAA learned of the infraction relative to the other 45 -60 cases being investigated.

And all the cases are treated the same way with no communication to the university or the players until the case is resolved.

The worse situation is if a kid is the last case on the list and the NCAA finishes the investigation after the length of the punishment. Hopefully RB is next on the list.

I do see a difference in that Leslie already was in college where as Boat was only in high school. I would think the college kids getting some kind of benefit would outway the high school kid.
