Of course nobody really knows what system Diaco will employ next year, but if he employs his 3-4 "No Crease" ... is this what it might look like?

Thoughts ...

I'm ok with most of this, but why do you say JH over JW, DS, or TC??

Well it won't all fit on here, but i'm assuming he is suggesting:
DL - Angelo Pruitt, Mike Myers, Julian Campenni
LB - Obi Melinfonwu, Marquis Vann, Jefferson Ashiru, Graham Stewart
CB - Javon Hadley, Byron Jones
S - Andrew Adams, Wilbert Lee

I like it but it's a big assumption that Hadley would jump past Jhavon Williams, Tyree Clark, and David Stevenson.

- Pardon the spelling -

How do you expect anyone over 50 to remember everyone's initials? Spell the damn name already. This ain't the BB forum.

You want me to do numbers instead??? Will that make you happy??? :p

... and I really think Obi was born to be a "DOG". Reverse OM & GS

Given indications that BD values size, and Stewart's trouble containing the edge this year, I'm not sure that Obi moves to one of the OLB positions.

Interesting that you had Obi moved down I was trying to come up with something like this by myself and was having trouble with that last linebacker position. I wasn't sure if Ashiru would be fast enough to play OLB in a 3-4 scheme but I think I do like him better in the middle where you have him. Assuming this is what we go with the safety position has me worried and all of a sudden the depth at the linebacker position could be a worry.

Kudos on the graphic I love it!

This would be a good line up with a few extras.

NG - Julian Campenni, (Mike Myers)
DL - Angelo Pruitt, BJ McBryde, (Andres Knappe)
ILB - Marquis Vann, Jon Hicks
OLB- Jefferson Ashiru, Graham Stewart, (Rueben Frank)
CB - Jhavon Williams, Byron Jones
S - Obi Melifonwu, Tymeer Brown (Andrew Adams)

Just don't see Frank having the speed to play OLB. Given he only made the switch at the beginning of the Fall, I think he has better potential at DL. As for Knappe, he should also be seriously considered at OT if he's interested in switching sides.

Anyone know if Notre Dame's bend but don't break mentality was created by Diaco or Kelly? If Kelly, maybe Diaco opens thing up a little bit. Supposedly this is the Bill Parcells defense passed on through Al Groh, I don't remember the Giants being bend but don't break.

Modified 3/4 and my guess is that there will be enough stunting to make Husky fans happy

I just don't see Stewart at OLB. I think he'd be better inside.
