Sobering reminder of the multitude of things beyond basketball that is so much more important. Having a 2 and 4 year old, I could not imagine the hurt and helplessness her parents suffered let alone how such a young life had to be told about the cross she had to carry. Truly heartbreaking.

Adreian is a great person and he should feel very good of himself.

What the...I can't even believe that news. I was watching the high school dunk contest at the Final Four just a few days back and she was sitting on Payne's lap as a judge and showing off her huge smile. She looked so happy and energetic. That was literally days ago... So tragic.

It is really sad when children don't even have a chance at life before it is completely gone. Adrien is a truly giving human being and must be hurting about this now.
