Don't remember that look except right at the end of a game - this one came at the first time out of the second half.

Coach was mellow and pleased yesterday.

He knows the tournament and what it takes to win. I think he knows it will take a good effort against the likes of Notre Dame, Maryland, and South Carolina, but he seems very confident.

Did he really say back in January that this is not a good passing team??

If you watch the post game press conference, Geno mentioned that at halftime of the last South Florida game he told the team to limit USF's touches in the 2nd half. He called that a mistake as it caused his team to lose aggressiveness. This time at halftime he challenged the team to be even better than they were in the first half. And they responded. He later called the first 5-6 minutes of that 2nd half some of the best basketball he has ever seen at UCONN. I think the smile was that he couldn't think of anything more to tell the team in the time out.
