Mullins out 6 weeks with ankle injury

I never took a "bench" to be a purely linear lineup of guys ranked 6-15 in order.

These are either primary rotation guys

If Mullins were not hurt and he was a starter the bench is and apologies for not naming the euro players....

Demary / Ball / Mullins / Karaban / Reed

PG: Smith, Millender, Euro
SG: Furphy
Wing: Stewart, Ross, Ross
PF: Koroma
C: Reibe, Euro

Also consider lineups can be 3 frontcourt or 3 backcourt depending on many factors and some players like Furphy can likely play a 2 or 3 same as Mullins, what the injury to Mullins does, and say it shifts to Stewart to start in a 3 (presumably) frontcourt, 2 backcourt lineup...

Demary / Ball / Stewart / Karaban / Reed (likely)
Demary / Ball / Smith / Karanan / Reed (would not be surprised to see)

PG: Smith, Millender, Euro
SG: Furphy
Wing: Ross, Ross
PF: Koroma
C: Reibe, Euro

If Solo needs a break it could either be Furphy to replace him or Smith so I am guessing Furphy goes from 1-5 min to 7-11 minutes.

I don't. We want Malachi to be that spark off the bench and there's no reason to change that. Start Stewart at the 3.
Ok stew starts and subs out for Smith after 30 seconds after getting burned on D by a quicker wing.

Stew put on 15lbs from last season and he wasn’t quick to begin with. he’s definitely more of a 4 than a 3 now.

McNeeley never fully got (re)integrated after his injury and you worry about the same here.

With Castle, the rest of the team was extremely well-established and he could work his way in. We're counting on more from Mullins. This could really stifle how this team comes together.
Don't forget McNeeley got pneumonia and was battling the symptoms shortly after the Creighton game in Omaha or the Seton Hall game.
