Reminds me of one of the funniest moments ever on the old Johnny Carson Show, when he had Red Buttons on as a guest. At one point Johnny referred to "the Ayatollah Cockamamie" and Buttons jumped out of his chair, shook his finger at Carson and ranted:

"You can call me Aya, you can call me Tollah, but don't you call me caka!"

Carson nearly fell out of his chair laughing, and the audience exploded in prolonged laughter.
