MoJeff is going to have to keep up her good work and iron out the inconsistencies as best she can with the additional minutes. We need the spark she can give even more now. Maybe she will really run with it.

There is much more to worry about than just an ACL. From watching the play, I think there is a higher likelihood that she tore one of the lateral or medial collateral ligaments. There is also risk of a meniscus tear as well. I am praying there are no serious damages; but I am not optimistic that will be the result.

Damn! And the irony is that the injury followed a spectacular steal. Sometimes extreme hustle is not honored by the basketball gods.

Best wishes to Banks. I know I was skeptical of her early in the season, but she was looking good out there. Hopefully she is able to fully recover. I would hate to see this set her back further after the progress she has made.

When I thought about what we saw in the replays of her fall, my heart sank. I couldn't see any direct, hard contact on the knee, and she was in so much pain that she couldn't even get up. When it happened I didn't think much about it, but later I was afraid--it had all the signs. . .

Wow tough break for Banks and the Huskies. The only thing we can hope for is that Bria Hartley gets her head out of the clouds or wherever the hell its been and starts playing like the All American she is.

This is just awful for her, and awful for our NC prospects for this year. We can overcome it, and, in the long run, so can she, but she was developing into a true impact player who obviously earned Geno's trust. This is a sad day!
