I had been a long time Army football season ticket holder - a huge Army fan!The Army Navy game was at Giants Stadium and I had way too much to drink befrore kick off. Well the uniforms and colors are very similar and I spent the entire first half routing for the wrong team. No one I was with told me and they thought it was freaking hilarious. Mixups happen lol.

Dear cferraro04, I made the same mistake! I had made
the correction for my Prognostication vote, but when I read
your analysis I was again in the MISS STATE rather than
Ole Miss mind set....Ouch!... However, it felt good to be in such good company...

LOVE that story! I grew up in Newburgh, where there were lots of Army football fans, going back to the glory years of Red Blaik.

"On, brave old Army team" (which is engraved on Blaik's football-shaped tombstone in the West Point cemetery).
