Moving the women's tourney back 2 weeks?

I never understood why the women's tourney runs at the exact same time as the men's tourney. Seems stupid for the women's game, right? Just move it back 2 weeks and give the sport (and UConn!) its own weekend: Dear NCAA, Please Move the Women’s Tournament Back Two Weeks

Seems like there would be problems. Off the top of my head, how would you arrange the season? And what about the WNBA season?

If anything move it up 2 weeks. I don't think you have the same set of viewers or attendees claiming conflicts.
The season is already the longest of all the sports in College so adding two more weeks isn't logical even with the understanding student-athlete is nebulous...
