movie trailer thread?

This looks fun. I like Kaitlyn Dever a lot. Something kinda new and fresh, taking a classic and probably over done story and putting a totally different spin on it.

 
Eh. It's not the multiverse of madness, but kinda looks like more of the same from Marvel. Wakanda Forever isn't doing much for me either. Really unfortunate that Chadwick Boseman died, but the attempt to keep that franchise going was probably not a good one. IMO anyway. But hey, Kathryn Newton is now part of the Marvel universe, so at least this has that going for it.

Kind of agree on the movies. They need to do something interesting without Chadwick or Iron Man. I only know Ms. Newton from Supernatural. Cute.
 
I'm getting close to swearing off Marvel movies, but I'll probably give this a try.

 
Did we really need another Transformers movie? No, no we did not. But we're getting one anyway.

Trailer is gorgeous but its really hard to get excited for Transformers movies after the utter trash of the Mike Bay sequels and that Bumblebee film which while pretty cool with the Gen1 designs had an utterly putrid plot and the human stuff was just horrendous.

Have not gotten around to see Wakanda yet but i will. The Guardians special was far better than i imagined it would be but then again its James Gunn. Cant wait to see what he does with the DC universe.
 
No idea where this movie will end up going, but the trailer is a lot more compelling than I would expect given the subject.

We get it, you hate the MCU. It was good, not great, not amazing, but a decent action movie with some obvious flaws.

Nah, most of them are good movies. Some of them are excellent. I think Hollywood forgot what movies are for, and so they keep releasing depressing films about miserable, unlikable people.
 
The Farrellys have always treated differently abled people with respect through the roles they've been given. And now Bobby F. is taking it to a new level with this one, which looks like it might be hilarious.

Can this be a return to form for Wes Anderson after the horrid French Dispatch? Some of the usual suspects, and some newcomers to the cast list.

 
Might be kinda cheesy, but I like Madison Iseman. Sean Bean and Famke Janssen add some oomph to the cast.

So interesting story about this. I was down in Covington, Louisiana for my aunt’s funereal and they were filming parts of this on my cousin’s horse farm at the time. So it looks interesting to me but I’d definitely watch it just for that. We had to catch a flight home post funeral, but everyone else went to the farm to watch the filming.
 
Another trailer for Barbie. It might be really stupid, or it might be great satire, or both? Apparently there are a bunch of Barbies, including Margot Robbie, Emma Mackey and Dua Lipa. So at least it has that going for it.

I was underwhelmed by the first installment, but I'll give this a try. Florence Pugh and Lea Seydoux have joined the party, so at least it has that going for it.

 
Oh boy. This looks like it is gleefully trying to be the stupidest movie ever!

 
Oh wait, there's yet another Fast movie coming out. In the hunt for dumbest of all time. Is there any actor who ISN'T in this one?
