The McDonald’s All-American center from New York said at the Hoophall Classic that he plans on announcing his college choice “real soon” and “maybe by the end of next month.” He has visited UCLA, Maryland and Florida State and it appears as if he’ll choose from among those three suitors. Kentucky head coach John Calipari watched him at the Hoophall and also recently met with Brown at Molloy, but Kentucky has yet to formally offer him a scholarship.
