I'm beginning to think Barchi has no judgement at all.

And yes, these sort of lawsuits do happen all the time. But, if the situation is that serious, wouldn't you wait to be sure. It sounds like he was depending on internal advice - we all know how well that process is working at Rutgers.

Barchi and the Rutgers legal councils (the one fired and this new one. seem to be totally out of their depth or head-in-the sand types. I know nothing about previous records for the three, but the actions around the current flap and this hire are brainless. As far as I can see, not a single good move has been made by them for 3 months. PR nightmares.
