u all are lost fans. if u can't figure out what i'm talking about then your all a great example why uconn will never reach the big time. and yes, im the worst poster ever. i am a huge troll and i want uconn to burn to pieces. keep looking thru the blue glasses with about 50% of this board and not seeing everything going on. i have talked to a few ppl about next year and whats going on with our bball team but i have yet to see 1 post here about it becuase no one has any vision or balls to look ahead a bit and realize the problems were about to have. i'm going to post that stuff in my running thread over the season talk 10-2. after i do it will be posters like u who shoot me down. then when next year comes u will all be running around with your heads off moaning about things. just remember, hfd was a year ahead of u and saw the issues. enjoy the unicorn u ride.
 
Dan I think you are hit or miss with the validity of your thoughts, but consistently in need of a translator. There's no need to make your point by shading in the negative space ala MHV, just say it.

Hey everybody, let's throw monopoly money at the 'Cuse bench to call on the fact they sold out and were the catalyst event that destroyed the best basketball conference in the history of the college game! Good luck with that.

Personally, Dan, I think you are a psychic.

And I mean that in the sense that what you just posted is so elastic as to be "correct" whether we win the national championship next year, or whether we come in DFL in the conference.

It could be arguably correct whether there was a decision to build a new Gampel Pavillion, seating 14000, or whether the place burned to the ground and they opted to re-build Hawley Armory in its place.

Basically, it is such a disjointed rant as to be perfectly predictive of both everything and nothing.

I expect you to have a "Psychic Readings" sign in your window, any day now.

That is just horsesh*t, cowsh*t, BS! But there is absolutely nothing that can be done to stop them! Unlike others in this forum I'm most impressed in your ability to find all this . Your problem isn't the messages (although I don't always agree with your conclusions) its your need to make people change. Big clue: People change very slowly and when they are pushed will resist change altogether.

You would gain a lot more if you tempered the number of messages, and the length. Most people want sound bites, not because they are necessarily dumb, but lack time to read and understand things in depth. Your mind just works faster than most people. And I would say it sometimes works too fast for even you.

Also, even if you are correct, and the predictions you make have dire consequences, calling people out because they don't agree with you, or lack interest in your viewpoint, or don't understand the big picture, will only serve to reduce your validity.

I don't believe these shirts showing Pitt to the ACC sold by the BE conference store, can be stopped short of a lawsuit and I'm not sure that lawsuit would be successful. And it would have negative consequences.
 
Dan is probably making a reference to what Syracuse fans did for their last home game against BC in the Big East, where the fans in the upper deck threw down monopoly money.

I would assume that technically they're still in the BE, so the BE can still sell their merchandise. I would imagine that Pitt has already started branding themselves as ACC and put those shirts on the site. As dumb as it seems, the BE has the right to sell it.

Well...maybe some posters here live in Seattle, have a job and also go to school. Find time to watch Uconn via internet, or when they are on TV here in the Northwest (rarely). Your arrogance is whats truly pitiful. Sorry not everyone lives up to your standard of what you percieve to be a true Uconn fan. But if a true Uconn fan is an ignorant jerk like you seem to be, based on your audacious and unmindful posts, I don't want to be one. And thats saying a lot because I LOVE Uconn basketball. I'm sick of opening up these threads, thinking there worth reading, then reading your crap. From now on I will make sure to avoid your threads. Or I'll just get the popcorn and view for awestruck entertainment purposes

i have always been honest here with my posting positions. i have a role here that many hate. im going to rant and be upset with things. im going to love uconn sports and im going to follow the trail hard. i can care less about grammar and others feelings. i want uconn to be a monster, this fanbase to rise to top levels and i will carry on about that until the world or my life ends. i dont hide who i am. im not a troll and im not a normal poster here and i dont want to be. i have told ppl before to ignore me and i take no shame in it. my posts, rants and info are what they are. some here enjoy reading my bats crazy stuff and others here hate me with a passion. all good. i get way carried away soemtimes(a lot lately) and i know this. i am a diehard and i'm on a war path at times. take it or leave it- its me and who i am on here. i dont run around during the day causing traffic accidents and flipping lunch trays in the cafe, im a normal guy. but on here, im a mix of kenny powers, aziz and artie lange. i enjoy my role in the cyber nets of uconn fandome. i spend a good amount of time doing things. i like to follow recruiting and b*tch about uconn issues. i love to string along other fanbases with bs CR stuff and i will not rest until uconn is in a safe home. i am a crazy asz mofo on the internet becuase its possible behind a broken keyboard and a jail break iphone. some1 has to do it. this fanbase gets run over in media and fan perception and i hate that. i hope this was a useful look into my world. u clearly have never read any of my recruitng or fball game stuff, im not always ranting, i bring some actual substance here every once in a while. goodnight.

No I haven't read all your posts. And I'm sure you do bring useful posts to this board. Just no evidence that I have seen yet. But I will not ignore you yet, because deep down, I admire your passionate energy. I also am very passionate, just not on here. You don't have to take my advice but I really do think you can take that energy and use it in other ways. You can learn to direct it in a way so that people will actually listen to you, which in turn makes your posts more useful. And also, I think you should direct your energy to other things that benefit society. It seems you are using a lot of your energy arguing your points. In stead use that energy arguing important societal issues (which you may already do) and learn how to direct it better. I'm sure you have a job and you help to benefit society in a way I would only know if I met you, but its clear you use a lot of energy on this board, which can be well spent in other matters. Just my two cents, take what you wish. All I can say is, be selective how you want to use your energy while you have it. You won't have it forever. Trust me that's coming from someone who has learned that lesson the hard way. No judgement anymore, just advice that I have learned. If the posts that I have read from you are how you want to use it. Well, so be it. Hope you don't regret it later.
