Just a reminder that they will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.

You can get an advance look at LSU when they play Rutgers tomorrow (Saturday) at 2PM
on BTN.

Also don't forget Tennessee v. Oregon State tomorrow at 9PM on PAC12.

Nice to see Toys for Tots is still going and that UConn is involved. I have fond memories of driving a mail truck around midtown Manhattan a few Christmas seasons picking up toys collected at police stations, firehouses and bars for Toys for Tots. Also the WNEW Christmas concerts at Avery Fischer Hall were associated with Toys for Tots and all those that attended the concert were asked to bring a toy to donate.

There's also DePaul, NorthWestern at 6; Baylor, Miami at 7...lots of potentially interesting games.

Love Gabby's smile. Don't see it enough. She's understudying Saniya's worry face!

I don't see either of these games listed on the TV schedule or ESPN3. What am I missing?

LSU started out the Rutgers game with some nice pieces that made it a close game for the first 1/2! Rutgers won by 12!
LSU is a shadow of what they once were, so vs UCONN should they lose in the 25 to 30 point range!

One of the toys I will be dropping off I tried to make it connect with UConns quest this season. If I was Biff would of been able to add UConn players pictures to the box.

per Geno( https://www.sny.tv/uconn/news/oh-brother-uconns-nurse-makes-most-of-final-exams-break/160114604):
Junior guard Saniya Chong (IT Band Syndrome, right knee) will likely miss her third straight game Monday night, Auriemma said. But Auriemma is hopeful redshirt sophomore center Natalie Butler (left thumb) can make her UConn debut.

"I would like to (play her)," Auriemma said. "But there was a time last week when I said, 'Hey are you ready to go?' and I thought she was going to say yes, and she said no. She is the only one who knows how it feels.

"I think it's more when she is comfortable catching the ball. Right now that has been the biggest problem. She doesn't feel comfortable catching it. The issue with that is that when it is your thumb everything is affected. Your whole hand is affected. And then every time you are playing, you get hit on it again, not just with the ball but with other stuff. It's not one of those things where she is magically healed. It's just going to evolve over a period of time."

I like her attitude too! In Monday's Courant, it stated that Collier would probably start again instead of Gabby in the LSU game. This was Gabby's response: "It's all about what I can do with the minutes than when the minutes come." This shows the attitude of the players that Uconn recruits.

Daddy, it isn't strange or weird. Those of us with knees that have been decorated with orthopedic surgeons works of art NOTICE such things. :(
Count your blessings. ;) BTW, I wish mine looked half as good as Gabby's.

With two TKRs after 11 surgeries, I could show you mine, but the damage to you would be pretty profound.
