Although Mo wasn't scoring a ton last night she was doing lots of good things, even besides the many--and obvious--petit larcenies, as Milford might say
One example was the great job she did feeding the post player on the block from the wing, with well-timed bounce passes.
I remember at least one from the right wing, and another, even better example from the left wing where she also used an active dribble to keep her defender honest. Mo had the left hand active but instead of dribble-driving baseline, she fired the bounce pass around the defender to a posting Dolson.
Most of our errant passes into the paint come from lazy overhead or chest passes from the top of the key. Too many hands in the way unless there's a momentary gap in the defense. Sometimes its there, like it was several times with Kiah last night, but many times these passes are just forced unnecessarily = T/O. Mo showed how we can move the ball to the wing and use the bounce pass more often to good effect.
