Hopefully the early start and high point spread will keep the fans quiet in the beginning of the game and give UConn some time to adjust to the hostile environment. I think the early start will help.

Pain in the butt. Have to work until 4 P.M. Will be forced to listen to Joe D, Wayne, & the 'TIC crew. Will DVR it to watch later in weekend.

Cool that we'll be on the flagship channel - does anyone have a link to a coverage map? I would think the distribution of this game on ESPN would be rather small - but I am curious just who will be stuck watching us.

That is a national slot. No reason to think there will be a divided audience. Those are announced differently

Is there anyone still doubting UConn's brand? Yes, this game is on ESPN primarily for Mizzou/SEC reasons. But a 2-0 UConn team gives the game a little more zest than if we were 0-2. If this game was played last season, we're getting buried on the SECN or ESPN9.

You must be older than myself who realizes nobody will be stuck watching us. There will be games on ESPN2, ESPNU, CBS, CBSSN, ABC, FOX, FS1, SNY, MSG, etc, etc......:D

Oh no - I'm with you on that...but airports, hospitals, hotels, tvs on in any public setting tend to have a much slimmer package

is anyone else going? or have info on where UConn tailgate will be?

Kent State at Minnesota 11:00 am BTN / BTN2Go Video
Nevada at Texas A&M 11:00 am SEC Network / WatchESPN
South Florida at Maryland 11:00 am ESPNU / WatchESPN

If it's any kind of game we get some looks. I hope Army throttles Wake.

This is just about the dream game for a UConn - Kansas fan. Rest assured that all Jayhawks will be UConn fans on Saturday (beats watching their team anyway). Very glad it's ESPN after my ESPN3 experience with Nova was just terrible.
