Everyone underestimated how important Cunningham was to this team, but people also forget that Mizzou lost 4 of their top 5 starters -- Aldridge, Cierra Porter and Akira Levy, in addition to Sophie. Other than Smith, every other returner was a very minor contributor last year.
Do you mean scorers? Roundtree and Schuchts (only due to the mid-season return of Porter) started over half of Mizzou's games, while Levy only started four, but was the fifth leading scorer.

In addition to losing four of their top-5 scorers, they lost five of their top-7, and six of their top-9, with the transfers of Berg and Tahane. A lot of production to make up for

and yet TN only up 7 at the end of the third quarter at home while out-rebounding Missouri 20-9 - whatever way this ends - it's not an impressive performance by TN.

As soon as I speak Missouri goes on a run. Maybe I should continue to bad mouth them, it’s working :D

It’s a shame MIZ can’t win a game in which they have made 10 threes up to this point.

Jazmine Massengill I think had one of the biggest FR to SO jumps in the nation. Top 10 in A/TO ratio in the nation and has 12 assists to 1 turnover this game. She manages well. TN also leads the SEC in assists...something we never would have said before. Improvement needed with 3PT defense.

Tennessee has some good players as individuals. Do the actually recruit players who can play team basketball? They really need to rethink their recruiting practices. They are not a good team.

Over a 3-10 team! Wow, what an accomplishment!
A win is a win. I'm certainly glad to get a win. Over a team that played dirty last year.

Have to beat who is front of you
True, but there's such a thing as acting like you've been there before

Considering that this is a game they would have lost last year - we can say that TN is improving

I think so. Harper knew that it would take time. Starting two freshman who both will be really good.

I'm not so sure about that.

All that was said was start the sec with a win how is that wrong
Yes, on a "stating the obvious" level that is certainly what happened. They could have also said that it was a Thursday or that the sun set in the west last night.

Touchy bout anything Tn lighten up his statement t was harmless
Not touchy at all. Just contextualizing :D
