when politics gets involved in this one never knows how it will work out. That's why VaTech has been in the ACC...even though Virginia supposedly favored Syracuse by a lot, they ended up carrying the water for VaTEch because the governor needed to get them in. One thing most of these presidents do get is that they will end up paying a price if they tick off their legislative leadership too much. And the chairman of the Missouri legislature's higher education Committee is from just north of Kansas City...
