Minnesota Lynx vs Los Angeles Sparks - 8/09/20

LA has rebuilt a double digit lead.

Parker 1 assist away from a triple double.

I don't know why Wiese has been sitting so long.

Gray has only 5 FGA attempts, had 19 the previous game. I wonder if she got a talking to, or just watched some game tape. LA looks a lot better when she's not ball hogging.

I think Minnesota expended a lot of energy in Q3. Lead has ballooned to 17 w/ a bit over 5 minutes left.

Pheesa is not her rookie self. Just does not seem aggressive. When Crystal is your leading scorer, that is a problem.

Refs are out of control calling offensive fouls on screens. I'm seeing so many in games I'm watching. There isn't much there.

LA managed to a blow a 3 on 1 fast break. 19 TOs. They just don't value the ball. It's really evenly distributed, it's a team wide problem.

Did anyone other than Dangerfield score for Minnesota in the 4th quarter? Didn't seem like it. She finished w/ 29 but LA won 97-81.

Crystal must be having out of body experiences with the OR and SC games last year.:eek:

It seemed as if she shot the ball at least 90% of the time she touched it in the last game.

For level of difficulty, Crystal should be awarded 3 pts for every drive she makes. ;)
She did convert a couple of 3-point plays today. The defense can't stay with her. :)
