Entertaining game. Hope NYL whups them. Charles, Stokes, Hartley and Nurse - all on the floor together at the moment. Why? Why do I hope NYL whups them, or why are 4 UCONN players on the floor for the Liberty at the same time? I like Minny, but NYL has 4 UCONN players on their team. Easy call for me.

BTW I don't like Amanda Zauhi-B. She's a center jacking up 3 point shots that are way off, and is collecting fouls at a fast pace. Never was a fan of her, and still not a fan...
 
Good News. Kia Nurse can find alot of open shots in the WNBA for those who thought she cant make her own shots. :)

Bad News. She needs to make the easy ones. :(
 
Surprised Russell is still on the team. Is the liberty waiting for someone else?
 
Finally. Kia nails a 3pt shot to give the liberty a 1pt lead. Shows good confidence after her 1st half shooting woes. :)
 
Will Kia Nurse do a Chelsea Grey on the Lynx? Liberty down by 1 with 34 seconds left.

Well, there is only one Maya Moore. Ice cold 3pt shot from the Key totally punched out the Liberty.

Kia will have to wait her turn.

Another consistent game by Kia. This young lady is only going to get better y'all. Not to mention being a royal pain in the axis.

Wonder if Kiah is still injured. She didn't play that well when she was in then Russell got almost all of the minutes in the 2nd half.
 
I never understood that call that was changed that gave the Lynx the ball toward the end. I did however understand how the Liberty coach was very mad about it. Having viewed the replay. The viewers on tv were told the call was changed, but thats all. I thought it was a tough deal for the Liberty. A gamegiver.
 
It appears the Lynx have the Liberty's number. New York stayed with them the entire game, then started coughing up flam at the end.

Too many easy non contested shots for Minnesota. Too many missed easy shots for NY. I hope this game was not an omen of things to come.
 
Maya Moore, being Maya Moore hit an unbelievable shot at the end. Liberty sets up ill defined play for Nurse and she missed the shot to tie. That was all she wrote from there!
 
Did somebody post the cold-blooded Maya game-winning shot yet? I’ll try to find it.

Here it is. Not a buzzer-beater but a bit of a dagger to the hearts of those who thought the Liberty might be pulling off the upset.
