Milford Wins Dog Fight Vs. Erie Juco!

Milford academy ( 10-0 ) vs ERIE Junior College in Albany NY.
Cold wet night game in upstate NY. Erie took the lead right away
from the start and was leading milford 14-6 going into 2cd quarter.
tied score 14-14 second quarter. 34-21 halftime Milford.
Erie came out 3rd quarter and scored to cut the lead to 34-28 end
of 3rd qt. Milford gave Dobbs the ball the entire drive 70 yards, Dobbs
scored on a 4th and goal to go up 41-28. Erie ran a kick return midfield
and were driving on milfords 30 when OLB Tyler Matakevich intercepted
a erie pass. Dobbs broke a run 35 yards to maintain Milfords drive to run
the clock for a Milford Win!! Stats coming soon, speculation has Dobbs
close or little over 150 yards 2tds. can be shy off. a great team effort!

From New Haven Register:

UCONN commit Montrell Dobbs led the team with 38 carries for 206 yards and one touchdown. Dobbs leads all rushers with 18 touchdowns and 1,200 yards.

The Falcons have won 21 of the last 22 games. Milford Academy plays Globe Institute of Technology on Nov. 5th at 3 p.m. in New York City.

Dobbs is 132 yards away from tying Shonn Greene's school record of 1332 yards rushing and I believe one TD away from tying the school record of 19. He's had a great year statistically and physically I've he's added about 10 pounds of muscle. He should push for time next season. Having him on campus in January, will be a major factor in how much of an impact he will have in 2012. Rumor has it there are other CT products at Milford who want to play for the Huskies as well. We need depth and it can't hurt to look into those kids. However, having Dobbs and Cochran in 2012 is a good start.

If that is truly his size, thats a good frame for a bcs back. Get up to 195 and he should be good to go.
