I reccomend reading his book for any college football fan. He is such an interesting guy and honestly had no business getting into coaching, but he didn't listen to anyone and decided to pursue his dream. I would give anything for him to coach UCONN, but thats nither here nor there. I also just really want to hang out with the guy.

I had an econ prof at UConn who gave a very similar speech after an exam that did not go well.

He is an offensive savant. The other thing I like about him is that he is interested in more than football. Every offseason he picks a subject that he finds interesting that has nothing to do with football and learns as much as possible .
