No kidding. It was insane to assure a tie vote on BB vs. FB issues, because ties were broken by the commissioners, who were always hand picked as former Pee Cee athletics administrators. Gee, I wonder who had the advantage on tie votes? The BB only schools were always in the driver's seat.
