Any chance the Huskies try and get involved with this one? Kid is SUPER athletic and has great skill and ability.

This is correct. The best comp is probably Markkanen tbh – great scorer, attacks the rim off close-outs and cuts, but not a guy who you just give the ball to and get him to break down a defense.I remember this player from last year, he was maybe going to reclass I think. Very good player, would love to get him. I'm seeing 5 Star, 6'11, long and rangy, more of a forward.
He's coming to the US next year. It just won't be at UConnWe offered this guy in July 2024. He rejected playing college ball in the US. Last I heard, he was playing for Partizan Belgrade.
We aren't getting by on the cheap this year if we want anyone decent unfortunately. There is no UConn discounts happening this year. Maybe the staff thinks there are some sleepers out there they can coach up.He will cost probably close to 4M or more
Who isn't UK on? At this point, need to see who they land before I believe anyone is checking them out for anything other than getting a counter from someone they really want to play for.Been watching alot of portal pods and most say uk or Arkansas.
Can someone enlighten me with the foreign players and earnings in the US. My understanding is that those players come on student visa which does not allow work in the country. How are those internationals going about it legally? Just curious if there is an allure of getting foreign players from economical perspective?Saw some of his highlights at the Nike Summit - throw the bag at him.
Thanks for posting. Now that I've read your reply, I'm gonna start seeing your AI slop story on Facebook.
Basically a list of the biggest pockets. Not listing uconn

Thats bizzaro world Braylon Mullins. Like if Mullins was a couple inches taller and grew up in Soviet Russia instead of Indiana.
they are getting paid just like everyone else is
LOL! I literally thought the same. This guy plays like Braylon Mullins 4 inches taller on steroids and cocaine. With that said based on what I saw this guy is exactly what we need at the 4.
Yup,’on my feed now.
Don't know what to tell you, I don't get caught up in legal mumbo jumbo, these guys aren't coming over here for the love of the game. They're getting paid and everyone involved in the process of bringing international prospects over is telling us directly they're getting paid.Foreign student-athletes in the U.S. on F-1 visas can rarely accept Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) money for active work (appearances, endorsements) performed within the U.S., as this violates visa rules. Just talked to my neighbor who is an immigration attorney. He confirmed that one cannot legally work on student visa.
