Report online says day to day so hopefully she's back soon. If Michigan State pulls the upset, will the committee punish UCLA for the loss without Betts or will they largely ignore it?

Congrats, UCLA and Coach Close! What a game for Janiah Barker, Timea Gardiner, Kiki, and Angela Dugali. The Spartans put up a great fight but it was nice to UCLA get the win in the end.

Didn't think UCLA would have this much of a struggle with Michigan State yesterday. Thought their depth would have an advantage over Sparty.

The speed of Hallock. Holy cow. I still don't know how she timed that pass interception late in the game.

UCLA smart and careful with Betts. She was also out a few games early on.

This is also a clever way to develop the team depth. They have plenty of high quality frontcourt, Gardiner, Barker and Dugalic. If they play without Betts now, they can do it in March if facing foul trouble.
