This has been a really close and hard fought game, but Indiana has pushed out to a lead, up 7 early in 4Q.

Indiana's freshman post Mackenzie Holmes has been a major factor in this game.

I have to give props to the Hoosiers fans who have really packed Assembly Hall for the UCLA game as well as today's Big Ten opener.

Since beating Notre Dame, the Spartans have lost every other high-profile game this season: LSU, Florida State, West Virginia, Syracuse, and now Indiana.

They look very mediocre in the Bahamas. They have some talented players but have horrible execution on both sides of the ball right now. Maybe they put it together, but I think it will be a long year for them in the Big 10.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. They seem very disjointed at the most critical times of the game. And lots of defensive lapses on what should be obvious scout points.
