Might just be that Michigan fans get to their seats before kick off. I am taking the optimist point of view. By end of first quarter the numbers should even out.

Insane. There are a lot of UM fans but it's not anywhere near outnumbering or even half.
Stop complaining.

Probably 8k Mich fans. Nice turnout, but not overwhelming. Uconn easily had 5-6k at Mich in 2010

You could tell that they set up for a Michigan blowout, set up in the visitor corner, miked that corner, etc

Sorry guys and gals, I should have changed title. Michigan fans did not outnumber UCONN fans, I was typing that in line to get in. It was before the start of the game and I saw almost no UCONN fans in the mass of people to get in. (Like someone mentioned, that might be because Michigan fans get to their seats early).

There were quite alot of Michigan fans in the stadium.

I got in the game at a little after 7 because....I don't have a very good reason. At that point it looked pretty bad as there were already about 3k yellow shirts smattered throughout the stadium UConn was represented by me, 3 friends a couple rows of students and a couple hundred people in 117 I presume were players' families. Fortunately about 28k more UConn fans came in and 8k more Michigan fans.

The first time I remember being impressed by the number of fans from an opposing team at the Rent was the WVU game in 2008 (Pat White's senior year).

Last night blew that impression away. 8-10K Michigan fans doesn't sound high at all.
