Notre Dame and Ohio State cost more than Patriots games. I don't think we have much to worry about.

It puts a lot of perspective out there though. The history and the play over the years allow them to charge $65 for an end zone seat for one game and $195 for the same in a high demand game.

Buying our season package to sit much closer for one game makes more sense if you are out here.

Did I hear rumblings that the hoops tickets might go this way for us?

Unfortunately, given the state of our football program, if we went to a 'demand based pricing model' -- you would be able to get lower bowl tickets to a game at The Rent for less then you would have to pay for parking!:(

I think the main reason Michigan can charge so much is because they have much better billboards than UCONN.
To be fair, there are a lot more bill boards lining the highways in the Midwest, than there are here.

Yeah. And on second thought, I'm starting to wonder if being the winningest program in the history of college football plays into it at all?

Maybe???

I drove the length of South Dakota. There are more billboards than people. And half of the billboards are for Wall Drug.

lol. I remember those billboards. I seriously considered stopping by after putting up with over 200 miles of those signs.

So they will not mind the $150 price tag on seats at the Rent this year.

And I still have a Wall Drug windbreaker from 1977. How could you drive past that place and not stop?
