Yeah, except they will end up wasting another year of eligibility in the process.Whichever JUCO ends up losing the starting QB job, he'll probably transfer out.. Why would a JUCO want to sit behind another one for a year or 2 knowing his college playing days are shorter already???
Quite frankly, that’s not getting it done.Damn. They got both Jucos we offered.
You think?Quite frankly, that’s not getting it done.
Stating the obvious, but when ODU beats us out on two JUCO QB’s, in a short timeframe, something is wrong. Chief doesn’t sugar coat things. You think?

Not disagreeing. Disappointing is an understatement. To lose both to the same school, is a little mind boggling.Stating the obvious, but when ODU beats us out on two JUCO QB’s, in a short timeframe, something is wrong. Chief doesn’t sugar coat things.
You know what is upsetting? UMass getting the Mazzotti kid on campus the week before us. Now the kid may not make his official visit here and may instead go to San Diego State on an official instead of coming here.Any JUCO anywhere has to beat someone for playing time. Doesn’t really matter if it’s another JUCO or someone on the roster.

Was gonna use that classic myself. To steal a line: they couldn’t recruit people out of a burning building.
San Diego State has a beautiful campus, in every respect. You know what is upsetting? UMass getting the Mazzotti kid on campus the week before us. Now the kid may not make his official visit here and may instead go to San Diego State on an official instead of coming here.

Point is UMass. Not sdsuSan Diego State has a beautiful campus, in every respect.
Perhaps those guys didn’t feel like UConn was a good fit. Or they didn’t feel like a starting spot was guaranteed. Lots of reasons why a kid chooses one school over another. Weather, location, etc.Not disagreeing. Disappointing is an understatement. To lose both to the same school, is a little mind boggling.
Mcafee is a junior now and is no longer at UCONNThanks for the correction; thought Jordan had been in Storrs longer.
