Just woke up in an empty house for the first time in five days...exhausting, but definitely a fun holidays experience between hosting here in CT and spending a few nights in the city.

I liked my niece's boyfriend prior to the holidays, but he's jumped up to #1 after he got me a pair of tickets to see UConn host Butler in a few weeks!

I seriously haven't had a bad day since the season began. If I'm in a rough mood I remind myself what we have and I'm instantly perked up. I called my sister and her family yesterday to wish them merry Xmas and within minutes we were all talking about Joey and Jax. That's just how it goes
