They would have been able to see her in action to make an assessment. The information listed on her is dated however. The last AAU club she was with was Uplay Canada (new as of summer of 2019). They don't even have her current high school. The information listed is an elementary school in Ontario. Also, Canadian kids have been at a disadvantage this past AAU season because they couldn't travel to the US to compete.
