Mercury vs Sky #2 Game thread

I know, I am starting the thread early, but I have to miss the game (egads) because of a scheduled rehearsal.

Chicago is hoping for a better result, and by all accounts that I can find, Elena Delle Donne will be suiting up for the game. According to this article, she has been taking muscle relaxers and will be wearing a back brace designed to help support her back. The good news is that EDD "went through an assortment of treatment, including massage, stretching and ice, but the good news was that X-rays and an MRI showed no structural damage." according to this write up from Monday.

I hope someone is watching and can post their intra game comments so I can peek in from time to time as I struggle to remember how to sing in Hebrew.

Phoenix looks good early, but Griner gets a pretty nasty shot in the eye from Fowles and goes out. (it wasn't dirty, but her eye looks baaaad)

Chicago really in attack mode with Griner out. It's pretty incredible how quickly they've changed how they play.

What a terrible call on Taurasi. They call an offensive foul on her when she got hit and lost the ball. She douled to stop play when Griner was down so now she has two. Cheap, cheap cheap.
