No drop off in talent. Might be an improvement within time.

Not as athletic and lacks Blake's measurables but superior in managing a defensive unit, and can use his feet as an outlet to defenders under pressure (something Blake was never able to master).

FWIW, "...University of Connecticut junior Andre Blake became the first-ever goalkeeper to be taken with the top (MLS) pick when he was selected No. 1 by the Philadelphia Union in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft..." "Blake joined Chris Gbandi (Dallas, 2002) as the only other Husky to be taken No. 1 overall." Talent and potential, yet nonetheless not stepping in with 3 years of successful game-experience. May Scott achieve as much and more than Andre!

Played behind a great team at the JUCO level. Was not tested often or by quality competition (thus inflated shutout and GAA). Needs to improve his hands or DIV 1 talent will take advantage of this kid.
