Even with last years National Championship, its time for JC to retire and hire a dynamic young coach. Let the coach have next year to put his mark on the program, since as of today Men can't be in the 2013 NCAA tournament. For every good year, the men have they have two or three years where they under achieve based on the talent that's on the team.
