I was thinking Hartford, CT for the women...I'm sure the same will be done for the women. If men choose Indianapolis, I could see the women choosing Atlanta or Orlando.

Hey if they pull off this 40 team bubble, I think they have a case as strong as anyone for why they should be considered as they'd already have everything in place and the experience of running something like that.Hey, why not at Mohegan Sun...that would go over well for everyone here.
I would think a location in the South might be considered due to the weather implications. Can't be sure that winter weather will be over by late March/early April. (I am assuming that the time frame will be the same as it was in the good old days.)
Women's NCAA tournament should do the same, just like WNBA has done this year to stay in one place.
Great Idea!!! and @MSGRET could have the Huskies over for a BBQ on an off day...I think it would be great right here in Las Vegas. They could house all of the teams in one resorts like the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. They could play the games at the Thomas & Mack, Cox Pavilion, New Orleans Arena, and the Aces home court at the Mandalay Bay.
What is the NCAA going to do to insure that player(s) on teams don't go to Indianapolis won't test positive upon arrival or during the tournament. What is the NCAA going to do about Contact Tracing. Unlike football if one BB player tests positive, then most likely the majority of the other plays on a team will be placed in Contract Tracing protocol which would mean player(s) would not be able to play for 14 days.
In Football, if a player gets identified due to Contract Tracing they are ineligible to play for 14 days. What's dumb about the rule, if the player that caused the player(s) to go into contract tracing protocol later tests negative for Covid on subsequent tests, the players are still required to sit out for 14 days.

I would love to have them over for a BBQ, but I don't know if my better half would let me. Maybe I could get the Santa Fe Stations Casino to host them at The Charcoal room. I'd have to talk to my Casino Host to see if he would comp me for the team.Great Idea!!! and @MSGRET could have the Huskies over for a BBQ on an off day...
The NBA bubble proved that you CAN have a workable environment for basketball for an extended period of time. The NBA did it for months. The NCAA would only be required to do it for 15-20 days playing every other day. After the first round (assuming all 64 teams can play in the first two days) of play, the field is cut in half. The field will be much more manageable after that.
I would imagine that if a player/coach tested positive, the entire team would have to leave the bubble and forfeit their remaining games for the safety of the other teams. You can't postpone or put any scheduled games on hold. In horse racing if a horse can't answer the bell, they get "scratched", but the race is still run. I'm not saying that is what will happen. It's just a thought.
