Memphis NCAA Infraction Case

Why is the NCAA the most Byzantine institution in the world.

So why hasn't the NCAA done this w/ other schools, Arizona, LSU etc? Instead of "investigating" on their own and letting them all run along free of worries. Nothing they do makes any sense to me

I'd like to appeal to the lawyers of the board, is there any chance a school like Memphis could sue the NCAA for loss of revenue based on the NCAA's selective enforcement of rules and the levying of sanctions?

It’s only been on place since late 2018.

Until someone with some actual power does something to stop them, they are going to keep doing whatever the hell they want. It doesn't have to make sense, and it seldom does. But who's done anything to stop them?? No One.
