Yes, I was utterly irked by that portion of her comments. She played right into the wrongheaded idea that UConn's games aren't worth seeing. Ugh.

That rankled me as well. Sad that someone who is supposedly a promoter and supporter of the women's game would make such a stupid comment. If she can't appreciate the skill and artistry of the UConn women perhaps she should cover another sport.
