FWIW, Hurley ‘s teams tend to develop into really close, connected groups. At both Wagner and URI, seniors ended up losing their starting roles to younger (and better) players, and there was never any conflict or poor attitudes.

That and the no transfers things is a good sign.

But I think we need to recognize that UConn is gunning for a higher level of player than URI. Even when ego isn't involved, sometimes transfers can be a business decision at this level.
