104-57 end of 3rd quarter. Clips are clawing back, reducing deficit to a mere 47. If this game was as long as a cricket test match, they might have a chance.

I see in the Box Score that Hardaway Jr. is having a decent game. Another player who bloomed after he left the Knicks. Just like Ariza , and even Antonio McDyess from years ago.

Hard to believe Dennis Smith, Jr. regressed as much as he did. Not that he was ever in the Penthouse, but he is right now in the Outhouse.

Looks like the Knicks are off to a typical bad start with horrible PG shooting and minimal assists.

If LAC played them next, the score would be reversed against the Knicks.

Even Cleveland won its first two games.

It’s amazing with all of the PG talent in the nba and the world, that the Knicks are without a decent PG on their roster

An Ode to the Knicks:

They thought perchance, they would try the PG from France.
4 years later, he still can't dance.

Payton ain't as good as the guard from Creighton

The Smith named Dennis
Ain't no menace.

Dolan ain't allowed near the bench.
Cause he ain't no mensch.

Quickley's recuping
Team not regrouping

Nobody wants their Green
Cause the talent is lean.

Barclay Center got the hops
MSG it tops.

The Knicks flat out stink
MSG should stick to the rink

None of their players are good
Unless they balling in da hood

Without Patrick Ewing
There ain’t nothing doing

Once Dolan had Oakley arrested
The knicks would always be detested

Knicks have actually drafted fairly well even when Isiah was there but as always the case they can't develop any players. Hardaway is a bad shot maker, would be a great 6th man on a playoff team not who you want as a number 2 guy.

Lol yes I agree. I saw some fans saying that they would be good this year. I’m like, this is a ten win team.....

The old theory was that athletes got spoiled by the "fun and temptations" of NYC. But, the Nets this year so far, and even last year, have shown that talent and coaching overrides the other.

The Mantle era Yankees were dominant in spite of the party scene. The football Giants had their winning years and championships.

Hard work and personal dedication can win out. No excuses except maybe a spate of injuries.
