5th string QB puts up 13 points against GT...........13....I am still in disbelief that after 2 weeks to prepare for the worst D in the big east that we could only score 6 points....
Stat of the game: With Petty in at quarterback, Maryland threw for more yards (115) against Georgia Tech this year than it did in last year's loss to the Jackets (87). Petty completed 9 of 18 passes for 115 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Last year, with C.J. Brown and Danny O'Brien, the Terps completed 6 of 24 passes for 87 yards.
