The ESPN announcers said Pfirman's knee cap was on the side of her knee, and she will have a MRI Monday. I would say she is a long shot to return this year.
The other three have ACL injuries.

That knee cap on the side sounds awful. Certainly not where a knee cap belongs.

I was injured playing intramural softball in college. I only looked at it my ankle once when I got to the hospital. They were getting ready to X-ray it and I sat up and took a peek. When your ankle is pointing at almost a 90 degree angle to the OUTSIDE of your leg when your leg is straight, that my friends is a badly dislocated ankle.

What a tough season the turtles hare having injury wise. I don't like Maryland as a program, but I don't like to see this happen to any team.
