Louisville is not a better choice. Their football is good this year but has been inconsistent over the years. They do not offer the academics the ACC prefers. And Uconn joining means the eastern seaboard is ACC ountry. Too tempting to pass up.

Market share and exposure goto Uconn, especially with the SNY deal. This would give the ACC New York metro exposure which Louisville can't. The potential for an ACC basketball tournament at the Garden a bigger possibility with Uconn joining. Louisville can't offer that

My thought is Louisville is screaming we are better than Uconn because they are being left out of the discussion. If Uconn leaves the BE along with Rutgers, the BE is dead as a conference.

Just my opinion.
