Maryland is up to #3 in RPI after the win against Indiana.

I believe this season will easily set a Maryland program record for strength of schedule. I can't remember any other time that Maryland was even close to a top 10 SOS.

Lucky Brenda that (a) the B1G is a pretty dang good conference this season, and (b) Dawn is game to take on all comers, home or away...

There’s also the fact that the only team that has beaten South Carolina (even though they like Oregon got beat at the Virgin Islands) was just beaten by Maryland last night.

Yeah, this is by far the best year for the Big Ten since realignment, and perhaps ever, though I really didn't follow this conference closely until recent years.

Calling Charliebball. I have watched Owusu every time Maryland has been on television. She impressed me early in the season and she is even more impressive now, after watching her against Indiana. So now I have more confidence in your prediction about Paige starting at some point next season. If she is even more talented than Owusu, then she should be just as effective for UConn as Owusu is for Maryland, imo. I know the situations are different but, if Paige can earn starters minutes and is on the floor as the same time as Anna, UConn will bring back the symphonic style of basketball that was so pleasing to watch won over so many people, even those who never cared to watch women's basketball before. Do you, or anyone else, really believe she will get a lot of minutes as a freshman? Of course that is if she is not weak on defense.
