Marquette Providence thread

Any chance Kolek plays tomorrow?
I don't think so. That type of injury sucks. If he does play again this season he's going to be playing through serious pain and I think Shaka will force him to save himself for the NCAA's and he probably won't be able to keep him off the floor at that point.

Should be a good game tomorrow…we win, but a good game.

Don’t really know how NET works, but it feels like Providence should be in and I’ve seen them out on a lot of bracket projections

They are top 15 in Q1 wins. The 4 Q2 losses might do them in..

But also on the other hand it’d be really funny if the coaches voted a guy as BE POY and he didn’t even make the tournament lol

Providence & St. Johns in, but Villanova out? Certainly, an overall "down" year for the Big East except for the Big 3. This might minimize # of BE bids.

Carter can be their greatest strength and biggest weakness in the same game. He tries to do it all. I watch him and see that he doesn't trust his teammates to score. Imagine if he played on a team with more weapons? He's a one man team.

got some nice nit scouting in watching that game.

Joey Brackets had PC as first 4 out. If he has any cred, I would think this loss might solidify PC's NIT status. I'm just an observer.

I wouldn’t trust Ticket Gaines and Corey Floyd Jr either
